Hey there.

I’m Nick.

Operator. Coach. Builder.

Most founders don't need more advice. They need better systems. My work helps founders build organizations that grow without requiring them to carry everything themselves.

I work with founders and owners who have built real businesses and are now hitting the next ceiling.

Most companies don’t stall because the founder lacks ideas or work ethic.

They stall because the business has outgrown the way it was originally built.

Leadership becomes the constraint. Decisions bottleneck. Growth creates complexity.

My work focuses on helping founders build the leadership structure and operating systems that allow the company to scale without depending on them for every decision.

Over the last decade I’ve worked with owners across many industries — construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, restoration, mining, software, financial services, and others.

Different industries. Same ceiling.

Everything I do sits at the intersection of three things:

Building strong leaders Designing scalable systems Using technology for leverage

Everything I do sits at the intersection of three things:

Building strong leaders Designing scalable systems Using technology for leverage

That philosophy shows up in three areas of my work.

Culture to Cash is my leadership advisory work for CEOs, founders, and owners whose organizations have outgrown the leadership systems that once worked.

Growth creates complexity.

And when the system doesn’t mature with it, leadership starts carrying more than it should.

Decisions drift upward. Ownership blurs. Strong people disengage quietly. Progress depends too much on the leader’s presence.

This work helps leadership teams build the structure, decision clarity, and organizational capacity required so the business can keep growing without leadership becoming the bottleneck.

It’s not culture theater. It’s not motivational coaching.

It’s systems-level work that restores clarity, capacity, and freedom.

Some founders and owners don’t need more advice — they need an operator.

Many founders are exceptional visionaries or highly skilled at their craft. They know how to win customers and deliver great work.

What most growing businesses lack isn’t effort or ideas — it’s operational structure.

Fractional engagements put me inside the company at the leadership level, helping founders design the structure and systems that allow the business to scale.

Strengthening the leadership layer Designing scalable operating systems Removing execution bottlenecks across teams Best fit: founder-led businesses between $2M–$15M

Cosmic Ghost Labs is where the AI work lives.

We build AI-native tools and autonomous agent systems designed to operate inside real businesses.

The focus is practical applications — workflow automation, agent infrastructure, and systems that reduce operational load.

This is the technology layer of the same philosophy behind my advisory and operator work: designing systems that scale and using technology to create leverage.

Welcome.

This site works a little differently.

Instead of navigating pages, you can just ask.

Most founders who land here are trying to solve one of three things:

Leadership growing slower than the business Operational chaos as the company scales Figuring out how to use AI and automation effectively

Where would you like to start?

A little personal context.

I’m 44, married to my wife Shana for almost 16 years.

We have two kids — my son graduating high school and my daughter entering it.

It took me more than 30 years to realize something simple.

That’s my identity.

The businesses are the journey — not who I am.

One thing that keeps me grounded is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I recently earned my purple belt, which mostly means I’ve spent a lot of time showing up and losing.

The same pattern shows up in business.

White belts chase moves. Black belts master positions.

Some owners chase tactics. The best leaders master fundamentals.

Not sure I caught that. Try one of these:
